3 Steps to Creating Your 2021 Vision Now

How many of you knew that we have less than 33 days left of 2020? We are in the final countdown of 2020. And it’s high time for the 3 steps to creating your 2021 vision!

I know some of you are like “Hallelujah!” and some of you are saying, “Oh my gosh, less than 33 days left? I get to create whatever I want in another thirty-some days?”

I want to remind every one of us that no matter where you’re at, we can create whatever we want in the next thirty-something days and it can be powerful stuff! 

You don’t have to be confused or unclear on what’s going on. Just because the world is burning doesn’t mean you have to burn along with it. 

A new year is coming up fast and it’s time to start planning and getting our vision for 2021 ready!

If you’re unsure of how to start planning for the last month of 2020, then here are three easy steps to follow when preparing to make the last month of the year the best one yet for your business.

Step 1: Reflection

This is so important because where there’s reflection, there is gratitude for the life you lived during a period of time. 

Reflect on what happened in 2020, whether it was good or bad/ What happened in 2020 that made this year another year to remember? 

Let’s focus on what was good in 2020. I know a lot of people right now whose businesses boomed in 2020. 

Answer these questions: What were some good things that happened in 2020? What were some bad things that happened? What lessons did I learn? How can I share my gratitude for 2020?

Reflecting on the good things that happened in 2020 can help us create what we want for the last bit of 2020, and start our 2021 with massive momentum. 

Step 2: What Do You Want?

Here is the fun part! We get to create what we want! 

What is it that you want to create for the rest of the year? 

You can create whatever you want! We are creative beings and we were made to literally create things and that means we can create the life we want.

You have less than 33 days to create it, so what is it that you want to create? 

Some may want to create coaching packages, online courses, opening up your business, or earning $5K and $10K monthly. 

One of the things that I’m out to create is buying a brand new car with the money that I make from my business. That money will also help pay for my new car payment. 

I’m also out to create high-end offers that are going to fuel my 2021 momentum so I can do what I want with my family and transform more lives in a greater way.

The table of possibilities is ready for you to imagine what it is you want your life to look like on December 31, 2020. Imagine away!

Step 3: Create Your 2021 Vision with a Plan

Now that you have reflected on 2020 and started to imagine what you want your life to be like at the end of 2020, it’s time to put a plan in place for you to hit your goals!

If you’re a business owner, then your plan has strategy and marketing in it. You may even consider how you’re going to reach out to people. 

You need to consider how you’re going to get your message out to people, who and how many people to reach out to for sales conversations, and how you’re going to present yourself and services to the world.

Right now if I want to get high-end clients with my new high-end offer, then I need to do so many reach-outs, get on so many calls, and to close so many people. That means my marketing needs to reflect this as does my message.

Fuel 2021 Now

If you can get the ball rolling now and gain some momentum, then you can start 2021 stronger than ever.

Build a Six-Figure Business: 3 Things You Must Do

Do you want to build a Six-Figure Business?

Many of us (myself included) want to have a Six-Figure business because that means we’ll have more freedom with time, travel, and money in our business and personal lives.

I know that is what it means for me. 

It also means I can hire more help to grow my business, thus growing my reach, my exposure, and creating more transformation in other people’s lives (namely female entrepreneurs).

While I’m still working on getting to six figures, I have a clearer understanding of what it takes to get there and I believe sharing this clarity with you will help you get to six-figures with me (or before me)!

To Expand Your Business, You Need Something to Sell

You’re probably thinking, “You’re kidding me right, Monica? Of course, I’ll need something to sell in order to make money!”

Although it may be the simplest concept, it’s still the first step to creating a life you want at that six-figure level.

For example, I recently talked to a lovely individual who’s into spirituality and meditating, using scents to calm people and help them relax into their lives. 

She found that people were coming to her, and requesting her services and she was providing them free of charge. It then hit her that she has something to sell!

When people are naturally asking you about your expertise or brilliance, it means you have something to sell and I would advise putting it into a package. 

Build a Six-Figure Business by Offering Packages

Think of the people who are your ideal clients: make them a high-end offer by putting your brilliance into a package.

If you’re offering one-off sessions to people for a small charge, I want you to STOP that right now!

Here’s the deal: You cannot serve that person in the long term by doing a one-off session. 

I don’t offer one-off sessions because I know my time and their time is better used if we decide to work together on a longer-term basis; my minimum is a six-hour package with me one on one. 

If you want to grow a six-figure business, you cannot serve people by doing one-time sessions. You have to offer packages where people will get more of you (your time) for more of a price so they can experience the BEST transformation in their life. 

This creates more cash flow and you have client retention for far longer than you would with just one-time sessions. This also means less work.

Payment Methods to Grow Your Business

You need to have a way to accept payment.

I know it sounds so simple, but you need to have a way to accept payment so you can get paid and have a new client to help transform their life!

The payment method I like using is Square. I feel that Square is more professional than Paypal.

However, Paypal is a close second, and many of my clients have paid me through Paypal.

There are many different payment methods out there as well as additional tools that will help you grow your business. Just choose the option that works best for you. Of course, it also must be secure for you and your clients.  

Simple and Yet Not So Easy

  1. have something to sell,
  2. package it in such a way to make it sexy and appealing to your audience
  3. have a form of payment.

4 Ways to Know When You’re Speaking Your Truth

Have you ever wanted to share your message, but your immediate concern was if you were going to offend someone or if what you had to say was really “important” enough?

You have a message to share and you know it can change lives, but you’re getting stuck too often.

One thing that I was getting stopped in when I wanted to share my message was what if I said the wrong thing or what if someone would attack me.

I was able to lay those concerns and fears aside when I discovered these four ways that allowed me to speak my truth in confidence.

If you’re ready to share your truth and get your message from inside of your being and into the world, then I believe distinguishing these four ways will shift you to speaking your truth now.

1: Your Truth is Not Coming from a Place of Emotions

Looking at social media, emotions get high and fast. When emotions are involved, things get heated up quickly.

I don’t believe your truth comes from emotions. Last week, I discussed that your truth comes from a place of love and love doesn’t care whether or not you agree, it’s just there to shed its light and love onto an individual if they want to listen.

The next time you’re considering speaking, do an emotional check.

Are you getting angry, heated, or defensive? If you are, then this is the cue to say, “Okay, I’m not in my truth right now. I need to take a step back and shift my perspective.”

When we come from a place of love, it means love for people and where they are in their humanity (their journey in life).

Checking your emotions is going to be a big key factor in sharing your truth and message with the world. When you come from a place of truth, you don’t care if people hate or not because you’re in your truth and your truth isn’t for anyone.

2: Your Truth isn’t to Judge People

How much judgement is on Facebook nowadays? It seems everyone either is wrong or right, and there are a ton of “us vs them” posts.

Your truth is NOT coming from a place of judgment.

There is no judgement when you’re speaking truth because the truth will either convict someone or it won’t.

And you have to trust your truth will do its job when you do your job of sharing it.

3: Your Truth is just Being

Truth doesn’t care.

Truth is just truth, truth is you just being there to share.

You have to trust that your truth is going to speak to those who it is meant to speak to and it’s not going to speak to those who are not ready or meant to hear your truth.

If you are wanting to prove someone wrong or prove how great you are, then this is NOT truth. This will NOT impact the world in any positive way.

Truth is neither right or wrong, it’s just truth. Truth is not attached to any emotion or judgement as it just is.

4: Your Truth is NOT Attached

If you are scared to post on social media about your truth that means you are attached to an outcome.

Your truth is not attached to any desired outcome.

Being unattached, in my opinion, simply means you’re not attached to how people might respond or think.

It’s more attached to being heard, being witnessed, being shared, being seen and being out in the world.

Your message and truth is not attached to emotion, judgment, it’s not about proving whether or not you’re right or wrong.

Whenever you’re in that place of no attachment, think about how much more powerful you will be.

Now you could post on social media and someone starts freaking out on you, you could be like, “That’s so interesting!”

And you’ll be able to see past the response and really love the person for where they’re at in their journey.

Because you’re going to start seeing their hurt and their pain and you can begin to love them for where they are at.

When You come from Your Truth, You Are Powerful

When we come from truth, we get to be witnessed by those who we were meant to be witnessed by, giving them an opportunity to be transformed by our truth and message.

People will start coming out from the woodwork and begin to share stories with you.
