What worked six months ago isn’t working now.
If you’re wondering how to shift and change with this new era, then inside of this post, I’m sharing what I am seeing, my predictions, and how you can ride the way so your business grows in 2024 and beyond.
What’s Happening
Right now, there’s a lot of turbulence going on and it’s not due to the Election, either.
There’s something more.
A shift.
An awakening.
People have been burned by these so-called “six figure earners” and have walked away in worse conditions than when they came into their programs.
Many of you have experienced this first hand.
You’ve seen the fakers and the people who literally screenshot their coaches income statement just to get traction and clients.
I was told for a time that I had to show up with makeup on, a nice shirt, go Live everyday, and be a six-figure coach before I even got there financially.
Oh the imposter syndrome was high and my coach acted as if it was all mindset work! *face palm!*
Let me tell you something: it didn’t work!
And it didn’t work for you either.
People are catching on and they are watching and waiting to invest in the person that they can actually resonate with BEYOND their income.
If your audience is changing, then it’s time to change with them and offer what they want instead.
What I’m Predicting
Why are your ideal customers holding onto their dollars more?
If people are not buying from you right now, or are not buying like they used to, it may be because of my prediction.
And it is this:
People are waiting to see if you are really who you say that you are.
Ideal clients are watching you, but you may not be giving them what they desire:
Which is more of you and your story.
In other words, they don’t KNOW you well enough because you hide behind a wall of authority and educational posts rather than sharing your heart, what’s really going on, and letting people truly SEE you before they pay you.
And it’s only up to you to change this for your ideal clients.
It’s time to Show Up Differently Online
Here’s the bottom line to what’s happening online:
People are waiting to see you LEAD yourself first so that they can trust that you can LEAD them.
When you can share with them how you’re leading yourself in vulnerable ways, more people will be attracted to who you are as a person, not as a business owner.
When you share how you’ve led clients through tough situations because you were there first, people are going to sense your genuineness and compassion.
Sharing more of you is going to require you to let go of beliefs of doing business one way or let go of “you can’t share that” talk that your coach gave you before.
It’s going to require you to stop hiding behind authority posts, educational posts, or even storytelling posts with the “storytelling framework.”
People are not looking for you to be perfect, but for you to show up despite your life being a hot mess and how you lead yourself through it.
